Hey, my army was as ploddy as any other out there  and all 6 of my games, win or lose (mostly the latter), finished comfortably within the 3 hours.

Not to hijack the thread, but having had 6 comp games with the late English, what are your thoughts on those armies?

I read these rules for the first time just the other day and had a couple of additional questions.  On this question I read the rules as 1 per card.  In future clarries it might be interesting to have more, fwiw.

My two questions though are:
- what does line 7 mean?  I think it's that when you put your generals down, you say which general owns the ambush card (like which general owns which UGs).  Is that correct?
- do you use a larger card when you are playing in 25mm?  what should its dimensions be?

I still have one question - this is a good analysis of when most of your army is composed of these.  I'm wondering about when you've got just one or two units.

And now I think of it one other question - it strikes me these are probably better in units of 6 than 4, but would like to hear from experience about that.

I wonder whether there should be more overall cavalry in the list?  Playing around with making an all mounted army at 10k you use almost all of it.  It doesn't leave much flexibility.  Perhaps that's the way it should be, but just passing on the observation.
