So in Plutarch he says that 1000+ offer themselves as bodyguards as below, should there be a solduri type option?:

Hi newbie so may be being dense here but cannot seem to locate a clarification on this:

On Current QRG for shooting there is a comment "or Skilled vs Superior = S on dice causes a wound" I can't seem to find a more detail explanation for what this means. Does this mean that Skilled shooters shooting at a Superior UG but not a poor or average cause a wound on an "S" dice result ?
