The notes in the list state "This army may use Feigned Flight."
Is that already included in the point cost or do I need to add it per TuG/SuG in Special Characteristics and pay the points in the Army Builder?

Hello!
My group is going to try out MeG and start with PACTO armies (we have lots of 15mm from our WRG days).
I went about creating (in the 2025 MeG Army Builder) a Golden Horde (4512) army and did not see an option for Cavalry to be listed as Skirmisher (under Training and Formation options).
Clearly I am missing something... Where would that option be?
