Mortem et Gloriam PLAY: There are a few of us who play Mortem et Gloriam pretty regularly here. Mostly 15mm Maximus and aim to do a couple of big games a year at weekends.

Other Games:  Quite a mixture. To The Strongest is popular currently as well as Bolt Action, Saga, Sharp Practice, Chain of Command, Square Bashing, Blood Bowl, Napoleonics, What A Cowboy and Adeptus Titanicaus.

on the Later Pictish list (3204), if you regrade your Best Protected Warriors to Tribal Close, do they go from Protected to Unprotected as it appears in the lists?

So do they get their preferred claim no matter the circumstances of the charge?

I wonder if someone could clarify for me please.

My cavalry charged some infantry with devastating charger, the charge starting more then 3BW away. Would the infantry still get Devastating Charger as a preferred claim, even though they have not charged?
