OK -- I have 3 of the PSC hun boxes.  I am curious as to how the figures should be based.  I have figured out that the basic hun archers should be groups of 5 figers - one base of 2 figures and one base of 3 figures.  But there are assorted other figures -- guys with lassos, armoured horse archers, commanders with swords, armoured figures with swords.  How are these based?  What does a general stand look like?  How many generals do I need?

I love the new PSC plastic figures.  However, some of my figures have wonky spears.  Is there a way to straighten them.  I tried putting the figures in hot water, but that didnt work.
