Acropolis and musuem : do we need to buy tickets in advance as seen on internet ?
It's not necessary. Not so many tourists in May to have such problem.

Same Flight and hotel booked fo my wife and me landing tuesday 19th flight back Tuesday 26th
Many thanks for the tourist's plan will make good use of it 8) :-*
this will be my first tournament abroad with plane travel ::), any advice on packing the army ? cabin bagage or highly padded box in he luggagges ?
DBM, FOG, I used to compete where i can drive with my car ( and plenty of stuff in the trunk ) , todate extremes were Amsterdam ( Netherlands ) , Toulouse ( France ) , Koln, Marksburg ( Germany ) , Genoa ( Italy ) ...
see you in athen, grooming the horses ... ;)
Cabin baggage and excpect the surprised look when they will check it 8)
At least it will not be thrown with your luggage in the plane .
Check the regulation for the cabin Luggage as it changes with each company and they can sometimes be pricky

Definitely choose the cabin baggage. In our case the airline company allowed one carry-on bag 56cm x 45cm x 25cm not exceed 8kg and one personal item (handbag or thin laptop case). I put my miniatures in a miniature-case with foam frames and I was holding it like a laptop bag.
KR Multicase. Get a box and foam trays. Job done.

+1
Have done Historicon from the UK twice and IWC this year using this approach. If you can manage to add a tray to unpack your army onto even better.

Let's hope the best for Mat and the whole MEG community.
Looking doubtful for Athens I'm afraid. :( :(
Told today that my immune system is still weak :-\ and will not recover fully until June.
So I am in a highish risk grouping for CODIV-19 alas.
Am OK for Skullrollers in June at Battlefield Hobbies.

My flight is still on ( not Serge Adeline his flight is cancelled ) ..but who knows .
Confinement will be the rule at least till 3rd may That is pretty sure ( in Belgium )
I know it is being rescheduled.
Let's hope time passing will make it possible.
Withdrawal symptoms setting in now!
Even with the interest of the campaign solo games have their limits.
Need the whites of the eyes over the tabletop!

We can't organize any tournament or schedule it until the conditions allow it, for the safety of all. Till now we have canceled 3 tournaments.
Ok mate. I'll keep my eyes peeled.
