Hi Guys. Been mostly play testing ReG, and this question has come up, which also applies to MeG.
If a file shoots during the Charge phase (say at a passing charging enemy, for example), can the other files that did not shoot during charge then do so in the Shooting phase?
It seems like they should be able to, but we have been playing that they cannot.
Rules state that shooting is by file - including the section on who cannot shoot in the shooting phase.

Yup its by file so if 2 shoot at chargers and there are 4 files in the UG the other two can shoot in the Shooting Phase as long as they can find a target.
