In the various WotR period armies the list notes say "Knights dismount as Formed Close, Average, Fully Armoured, 2-Handed Cut & Crush."
Is that how the Royal Household Knights are classed as well if they dismount? Or should they have a separate dismounted classification as they are Superior?
Many superior knights dismount average , all French knights do so .
No separate classification as once dismounted they were no different from other knights.

Cool. As expected but had cropped up in a conversation so wanted to check :D
I suspect there is an argument that English knights should have a Melee Expert option when dismounted even if they started mounted, but that's a different discussion for any future revisions and has points value implications ;D
Are there others (besides me) who see WoTR and read it as War of the Ring and think Gondor and Rohirrim instead of War of the Roses? I blame it on my misspent youth.
Yes, wanna get my hobbits on table!
All your armies are hobbits :o
