Just having a look at building a list and the Army Book says 0-3 sub generals yet the Army Builder says a 3rd sub is NA.

Is this an error in the core Army List or in the Army Builder?

All good.

I tried downloading the Xls sheet and then the drop down box option appeared for 3rd general
