A SUG squeezed between 2 TUGS . both TUGs, one friendly, one not friendly do charge ( DC mandatory charges for both) . If we follow the order of things we can assume the poor skirmishers do shoot at the enemy before getting crushed by their happy DC charging trough them .
Correct or not ?
Correct due to the move sequence. (Changes in the proposed amendments FWIW)
In the rules - the SuG shoots and then skirmishes or runs away. The evade move is before the charge move, so as long as there is a gap behind the friendly TuG it avoids destruction.
In the 2026 competition amendments - the SuG is destroyed when the forced charge by the friendly TuG is marked (i.e. before charge responses). The SuG is not destroyed if the charge is prompted by playing an appropriate card (GREEN or better, WHITE if upgraded by a general).

You are correct! I was missing something....
My response should have said
