Title: List 6114 Inca Empire
Post by: MrSki on March 01, 2025, 01:59:21 PM
In the subject tribes, are the double minimums available to any of them if used as a seperate internal ally or just the ones listed in brackets?

For example, as written, Cana warriors couldn't be a seperate allied contingent and use double the number stated.

Or is it the case that the bracketed tribes are examples and that any subject tribe can be used as an internal ally with double maxima?

Interesting question I'd never considered before. Probably because the only ally I ever take is the Canari one, got to get those longspear to have some chance against mounted!

Note, it's double maxima not minimums (which would be useless). As worded it doesn't appear to be just a set of 'examples' but it is a little unclear. I assume the theory is that the tribes not listed didn't contribute enough warriors or have enough independence to justify double bases and their own command.

I also wonder if you can have more than one ally of the same tribe? eg  Can I have the 48 permitted bases of Canari Longspear in 2 commands?

Only the tribes listed.
