AS I cannot publish in the official errata  :

Instictive Mediocre CIC is 0 points and was 250 . Professionnal is now 250 and was 400 . So a gain of 250 points for instinctive but only 150 for professional . Is it intended ?  I know a PRO can still give his cards .
