Okay, in a post in 2023 I lied! There will be some list changes for 2025.
THE HEADLINE is that ALMOST ALL 2024 armies will still be valid for 2025. There is only one points change and that is to reduce the points cost of a mediocre army commander.
I say almost all because there are a very small number of armies where the army might be affected. This is usually involving a combination of allies.
The main changes are
1. Altering dates to conform with history.
2. Adding allies which I identified through identifying all the battles and campaigns.
A few army names have changed to conform with current trends on naming civilisations.
To see the draft 2025 lists: https://1drv.ms/f/s!ArAp9B8LXfHfg5BzyUFVSdEUo218rg?e=sYI4Uc (https://1drv.ms/f/s!ArAp9B8LXfHfg5BzyUFVSdEUo218rg?e=sYI4Uc). This includes a full list of the changes. If you spot any errors, please let me know.
Please note these remain draft. If you download them, you will need to re-download them when the lists are PUBLISHED. I will keep the existing 2024 lists up until at least 8th February 2025.

Shall I start the proof reading errata?
Italian Wars PDF - some of the list numbering has gone awry, usually on the first page of the list; e.g. Tudor English has 7107 and James IV has 7106. Also, the renamed Cordoba list still has "Pre-Cordoba" in the contents as does the first page of the list.
5616 Medieval German - Later Hungarian ally should be 5304.

Corrected.
Contents page in the Syria & Asia Minor PDF has two 2807 due to the addition of the Caucasian Iberian list.
Suspect there may be cases where this list can be an ally for Roman/Byzantine armies but will need to do some digging on that in, I think, Ammianus, Prokopios and Theophylact (and others). No doubt it will all be vague ::)
