Allowed Armies Details
Armies can be chosen from any of the 2024 list PDFs.
Other than a Camp, armies must wholly comprise of "Foot" troops (see page 42 of the rule book or page 37 of the MeG Intro PDF for the definition).
Lists which contain any compulsory troops which are not "Foot" are not eligible to be used; it is not permissible to field such armies by not taking such compulsory troops.
It is not permissible to take troops which are not "Foot" even if they have the dismountable characteristic. Likewise Foot with the dismountable characteristic are not allowed (as not really in the spirit of footslogging).
If the list allows you to replace all compulsory or optional troops which are not "Foot" with "Foot" then this is acceptable. (e.g. Early Tibetan in 763 CE).

FIGURES
If you have UGs with mixed troops within them, such as Knights and Sergeants, please ensure that the figures you are using do distinguish between them in such a way that your opponent can see the difference. A number of lists even mention in notes that in such mixed formations the troops must be "easily distinguished". Obviously the figures for the different types should also be historically plausible for what they represent (within our usual "don't take the piss" approach).
Getting back into now ... so I went through all the lists to note all allowed... I missed Nike bit about if they can be all converted to foot so missing a couple perhaps. Lots to choose from but some wacky options. Had great fun seeing some of the lists and names. Where did the team get them from!!??

Rather fewer than said they wanted to see Footsloggers run again so a tad disappointing at this stage. However, still time to enter if you'd like to do something that is a bit different.
BTW if anyone is interested but would not be able to make both days, please let me know and I can look into people playing just 1 day as long as we can keep numbers even.

I have just entered (& booked hotel). I was one of those wanting to see this format again (because I missed it last time). Had to sort out some calendar issues first. Hopefully I won't be the only last minute booker!
