i am looking for lists that use caltrops and maybe my eyesight is bad (it is ..) but i could not find any army using these.
Strangely, no tribulus or makibishi to be found anywhere.

Western and Eastern Han spring to mind, also Early Imperial Roman - the latter is a note line in the list.

ah yes well hidden, strange not to have them simply in the Optional Characteristics.
