Hi Richard
Just checking. You have an option to upgrade 16 Tugs to superior. Then you allow an additional 8 Tugs to be upgraded to superior between certain years. Are we allowed to combine the numbers of 24 Tugs into 4 legions of 6, or does it have to be legions from the first 16 then an additional legion of up to 8 Tugs ?

I think you mean bases rather than TuGs. You can combine into 4 TuGs of 6 bases.
