Hello,
The list allows for 0-2 subgenerals and 0-2 internal ally generals, which means that an internal ally is needed to have 4 generals. It is also specified that "An internal allied general can only command feudal knights or arriere-ban.".
However, before 1150, there are no "Feudal Knights", only "Norman Knights", 6 of which are mandatory.
So my question is : how is it possible to have an internal ally before 1150, when he is not allowed to command mandatory troops ?
Best,
Antoine
That should refer to Norman knights before 1150 CE. (Already addressed in 2024 lists).

Thank you Richard
