Not lists but, as there is a little points tinkering happening, some minor possibilities to consider
1) The multiplier for exceptional should probably be higher. In many cases superior with melee expert costs more or the same as exceptional.
2) I would knock 5 points or so off foot polearm. I know it doesn't make a huge difference but it really should cost less than longspear.
3) Melee expert/spear protection also seems a bit out of whack, costing more than either a polearm or a longspear.
4) In spite of Nik's success with his Khmer, I still think elephants could do with a minor reduction.

They had a 20 point reduction last year.
IMO that wasn't needed and I'm damned sure they don't need any further reduction.
You may be right. Hard to argue in any detail, just a feeling I have. They always seem to die against pretty much any infantry when I see them in games (mainly as an opponent).
