Looking at some mesoamerican armies (Teotihuacan 6203, Toltec Empire 6208), it is possible to have a single TUG of unskilled warriors, but which include some Eagle Orders elite troops who are Experienced instead.
How is the shooting then resolved ? Depending on the skill of the first base of the file ?
Also, the aforementioned lists say that those Eagle Order troops "[...]can be included in TuGs of warriors.[...]". Am I correct in assuming that they replace bases of warriors so that the size of the unit does not exceed the limit fixed for warriors in the army list ?
