Title: Later Pictish in Early Medieval Britain
Post by: steads on April 01, 2019, 01:07:21 PM
It seems strange that when you "Regrade Best protected warriors or warriors" they become Unprotected Shieldwall from Protected.
Just saying it seems odd that the regrade to show them resisting a cavalry charge stops them resisting archery.

The Stone shows them forming a dense spear formation, but without any shields.  This would make them very vulnerable to shooting.

Correct effect.  As has been stated repeatedly, don't take weapons or characteristics too literally.
