What would you suggest the list would look like?

Units of hoplite-like infantry ? close/drilled or formed/protected/ Longspear perhaps one unit of superior for the more whealty ?
Iberian foot ? formed/tribal loose / average/javelin/shortspear
Javlin experienced / javelin skirmishers foot and horse?

Tartessian culture is a pre-Iberian culture in Spain. Villanovan culture is pre-Etruscan in Italy. There is also Hallstat culture, pre-Celtic and the Chernogorovka-Novocherkassk culture in eastern Europe.
I believe the statement that the civilisation was a mixture of indigenous people and Greek and Phoenician colonisers would be considered controversial in academic circles. The more accepted view is that the Tartessians traded with Greeks and Phoenicians (mostly Phoenicians) who settled in the Western Mediterranean. Cultural influence can be traced in trading routes as far as Assyria.

Might be interesting to know more about them, maybe the recent escavations delivered new insight in the origins
I believe there was a list for them under Warrior (ieWRG 7.5) that was a combination of Hoplites and Iberians.

Interesting in this is that there is a important Grrk influence and also Phoenician one.
I was rather rich even for the Greeks who were impressed by it.
So i a m dubious they would mainly have Iberian style of troops.
