Title: Anchor empire artillery nellies shove slipped?

Hi oh great ones,
These powerfully percussive pachyderms lack shove, is this deliberate? Do they still shatter? Should my Samurai pack spare undies for tonight's game?

they are inate for elephants

Impact Shatter is, but Shove has to be bought as a characteristic.

Think so as they are basically "gun platforms".
