I may be missing something but clicking on the original email link gives me the original pdf version, without the appendix 4 on the contents page. I have had no email from lulu to say a new version has been uploaded and available for download.
have used the order lookup facility on the lulu site to re-download , same, still the original version.
any clues on how I'm actually supposed to download the revised version. I dont have a Lulu account either.

I'm in the same boat and Simon Clarke is aware and looking into it.
That's good - it's not just me. On a positive note, the POD version has Appendix 4 so I assume it is the correct version.
Yup, if it has Appendix 4 its the correct one ;D
