Question about arc of fire in Path of charge, see attached Diagram
Bow armed Tug A Is facing off against Bow armed Tug B, they are in each others face but not yet in contact, Tug A has 1/3 of a base showing, so Charge was declared by Lancers
1. Can file A shoot at the Lancer, as more than half its base has enemy to its front with in 1 Base width ?
2. Can File B shoot as well as that has 100 % of frontage covered?

Neither base is going to be able to shoot as shooting at chargers is determined as at 1 BW (or closer if the charge starts closer) and in this case the bow bases will not be able to trace the uninterrupted lines from their front corners to the lancers.
