Frankocratia, Frankish Greece may have a medieval navarese ally . The army number for that ally should be 5816 and not 5814

Also the medieval navarese do end in 1379 while as ally they go from 1379 till 1394

I suppose it is a special case

Yes it is a special case. The Navarrese Company was a Free Company consisting of Navarrese troops.
