Any queries re the event Email Robin Spence:  parkstone316@yahoo.co.uk

Army lists to be sent to james.mcmeiken@gmail.com by the 3rd of February at the latest for checking. Please send me the full army builder document and send them as early as you can to allow for accurate checking.

Matts:  If you have a suitable 6'x 4' matt please can you bring it with you along with your terrain, printed lists and army. As long as half of us bring one we shall be fine but better to be prepared.

Information on the wider Beachhead Show can be found at https://beachheadshow.co.uk/ (https://beachheadshow.co.uk/) including the vendors.

Whilst food is often sold at the venue there is a corner shop over the road, a Tesco in Bournemouth Square and restaurants close by.  Bournemouth is also a nice seaside town with lots of shops, beaches, the gardens and attractions for making it a family weekend.

Timetable for both days:

8:30 Players start arriving and we set up matts and ensure tables are all fine

8:45 Briefing and any questions

9:00 Game 1 of the day starts

12:00 Last dice rolled if any games ongoing and lunch called

13:00 Game 2 of the day starts

16:00 Last dice rolled for the second game

(The show is still open at this point so players who played two full three hour games and needed to eat and rest at lunch have a chance to walk around and see the show and do shopping.)

16:30 Sunday Prize giving and end of day tidy.

Any army listed may only contain UGs permitted on or after 1400CE; allies may only be taken if they are also on this list of permitted armies.
