The Royal Mamluk may be "upgraded" with armoured horses .

But contrary to all of the other similar units they retain the "skilled" level of shooting and may shoot and charge .

OK they are not exceptional and remain "superior"

Is it correct and so a kind of intended exception or is an omission as all similar units lose the "skilled" status
