My suggestion is to include the list book numbers, not just the period name and book name. It would make it that bit easier to find the file.
Or alternatively rename the files to match the list index
Maybe also number the armies, it is done in REG and it makes things easy to find the army.
maybe something like :
B for biblical
1 for book 1
01 for first army
