Just toi be 100% clear
An INF TUG has no forced charge (either DC or being within 1 MU) it it's move could put it into contact with cavalry, camelry, elephants or chariots in good going!
That's easy to understand
The discussion we had was : it's only if the charging TUG moves would reach a "mounted" TUG that the "forced charge" becomes a "free charge" not if a "mounted" TUG could also charge the INF TUG or intercept while initially being out of range the INF TUG' charge movement !
I hope I am being understandable :)
The charge is still forced if a mounted TuG could intercept or charge the infantry TuG that has the forced charge.

It was also my reasoning thank you
