There may be an issue with this army. One of 5he list options lets you regrade "any" of the hoplites to javelin armed skirmishes. If you decide to do this with all of the hoplites (which are the only compulsory units needed) what is the army break as you would have no tugs at all only slugs?
Okay, that was unintended.
Strictly, the camp is still mandatory - so the army could be defeated if the camp is lost. Good luck to anyone who wants to try that!
