Section 9.6 F, p158, item #3
"Files on higher ground may shoot over up to 2 ranks of friends, even if a different UG, if they are higher up a slope and at least 1BW behind those friends".

Omitted from the QRS.

Is it in or out?

If it is in the rulebook it is in, even if not mentioned in the QRS.
