Can both players do a flank march during a game ? For instance, the player who wins scouting decides he wants to make a flank march, is his opponent allowed to try it as well ?
If yes, how is this handled in regard to cards, since there is only one card for each flank ?
Common sense tells me this is not allowed, but I couldn't find any place where it says it isn't.

Both sides can flank march - indeed both could flank march on both flanks.
Don't get hung up about the cards in the pack supplied; only the coloured cards are shared in a game.
I think there is an assumption that any players will have their own pack and just use the flank march (and ambush) cards from that as required. In truth you could scribble down the flank march details on a scrap of paper (have played games where that has been done) but the cards just keep it neat and above board.
