Does a SUG with devastating charges and Feigned Flight have to force charge a TUG?
I can see why you have asked the question.
The third bullet referring to SUGs with the feigned flight characteristic is referring to SuGs as a target of the charge, not as the instigator of the charge. (It is unfortunate it doesn't say that!).
