Hi,
I would like to have confirmation of the following :
- If a list states 'any generals', can I freely mix instinctive and professional generals in the same army?
- Can any professional general prompt actions (with an extra card) for UGs of instinctive (non-allied) subgenerals ?
Thx
Ambiorix

And Professionnal CIC may not give cards to instinctive subordinates

The only restrictions are that they must be non-allied UGs and within the Professional general's command range.

But can the professional CinC thus not also prompt UGs of non-allied instinctive subs, just as any professional sub?
If so, both my points are confirmed :)

Gifting cards and prompting non-allied UGs are two different things. Badhabum has confused the issue by mentioning something that didn't relate to the original question!
A Professional Army Commander cannot gift a card to an instinctive sub-general.
A Professional Army Commander can prompt a UG of an instinctive sub-general as an "out of command" action and as long as the UG is within 10BW command range.
