Title: Cham allies

In the 2020 lists Cham was allowed Angkor allies but this disappeared in the 2021 lists with no mods to the list noted.

Cod this be put back so I can use my army as it was intended?

 The 2020 Cham list removed the Angkor allies from the 2019 list (it was noted as a change in the 2020 list).  There is no evidence for Cham ever having Angkor allies that I am aware of.
