Hittite Chariots with Exceptional cost 206 pts/base
Hittite Chariots with Superior and Melee Expert cost 215 pts/base

Is this intentional?

Clearly Exceptional is better than Superior and Melee Expert, so not desirable.

Does suggest the multiplier for Exceptional is slightly too low.

Or the cost of mounted melee expert too high
