Title: Do Battlewagon crossbow count as 'foot' crossbows for being charged?

as Title, basically although Battlewagon crossbows take their range from the 'infantry and battlewagon' section its not explicit that they count as 'foot' crossbows (or at least not that I can find).

Page 42.  Battlewagons are defined as "Wheeled Vehicles", not "Foot".
