A question concerning a bow armed TUG making a skirmish response to being charged arose last night. On the shooting range and depth chart on page 157 is it considered a TUG in loose or close or is it a TUG in skirmish?

close or loose order TUGs are always treated as a TUG. A mounted Flexible TUG already deployed as a SUG is treated as a 'TUG in skirmish' but only then.
