When redressing ranks, can an element change position anywhere within a UG or just within the file.

"Rearrange bases on the same frontage" - nothing about staying in the same file.

So my Nike could go from:

Sp sp bw bw
Sp sp bw bw

To:

Bw bw sp sp
Bw bw sp sp

That was my interpretation but it looks weird!
