When running away or skirmishing, you roll a die to know how far you will go.
PG 129, point 4.7 explain clearly what happens when you reach table edges .
But what happens if the evading TUG cannot move it's full evading movement due to the presence of an enemy TUG or SUG ? It will have to stop but does it suffer a KAB as if reaching the enemy table side ?
As it is not a prompted move, it seems a evading TUG may not displace an enemy SUG .
If it is stopped because it meets an enemy it cannot avoid with a 1/2 base shift it does not KaB - you only KaB with such an outcome if you meet your rear table edge and an enemy unit is not your rear table edge ;D
You can never displace an enemy SuG, only friendly ones. If you meant push back an enemy SuG that only happens in the Movement phase anyway.
Exactly what I thought ..but it is written nowhere hence the question 8)
The rules tend to tell you when something is required so if they don't say something is you can take it that it isn't 8)
