For single card, can multiple bases (up to 4) be moved for MF1 when moving unengaged bases to single file, or only one?

Multiple - "bases" per the QRS.

Could be more than 4 as well (although unlikely), as there is no stated limit.

...and the bases can come from different files as long as they all are unengaged and move to the same file?
