Hello, that's me! 8)
Is this staying at 11k now we have seen the 2019 points changes?
Still spaces available.
Would people prefer 10, 10.5, or 11k?
How many places - currently dithering about this one.
I'd prefer 10k.
Up to 18, could be more.
10k seams reasonable, so 10k it is...

OK, so not an urgent decision yet :)

Good question ???
I've sort of assumed that it is any army from the lists in the Classical set of list books. I think they pretty much all fall within about 500 BCE to 500 CE with the odd one going a bit later.
Any list that features in the 'Classical' section of the Army lists.
Excellent. Might give my Sassanid's a first outing
Jeremy HH has just entered too! 8)
Have paid for ticket, is it 10k or 11k points.
Bringing my Royal Acheamenid Persians
10k
I wonder what Jason will bring .......
Same as his Brighton army perhaps? :o

he can't, he wouldn't, he might, he will
Well regardless of what he chooses I've decided to go and have booked.
I will actually have a choice of a number of armies to take to this one 8)

Checking participation, coming from abroad, flight to Birmingham.
When to arrive for 1st game on Sat?
Last game on Sun?
Hi,
Where you flying to/from?
Check in is 9-10 Sat, with pastries and hot drinks. First game starts at 10 (due to one if our participants who also part owns the store having an early & night shift in his other job until 8 ish).
Last game should be done around 4-4:30 Sunday.
I'm sure some of us can give you a lift if you East Midlands Airport.
Tks for prompt reply.
From Zurich.
Your timetable not optimal for the flight schedules, I do not want to stress while driving to/from Birmingham Airport.
So better not.
Maybe see you at another event.

Events at Element Games in Stockport are convenient for Manchester Airport. As is Britcon in Manchester itself. Private message any of the moderators if you need help or advice about hotels etc.

Alasdair sent in two, both got bounced! That equals up.
Most lists that have failed have been due to camp choices...
Doesn't surprise me ...
16 lists in...
Robin, Pete Entwhistle, Stephen Stead and John Monro to go
Plus Roger Wittam for Sunday!
Thursday night is Club Night in many places. I'm sure these lads will fall I. line on Friday.
Yes, club night tonight and then list in on Friday.
John
Thanks John
Rogers list is in so 16.5
My list is now officially in for checking.

Some interesting armies in there and probably more Romans than I thought.
As usual I look at Alasdair's army and wonder how he will make it work and all the time knowing that he will.
John Munro ( a surname in need of having spelled correctly in the entrants).
(Sorry! Sorted that now. Will)
Enjoy all
Please note, I will play on Saturday only if A.N.Other cannot, he is still deciding. :D

Who is this Richard Jeffery-Cook chap, it is Jeffrey-Cook :)
Nothing like starting your day with suppressing a slave revolt (if you are a Roman!). Bring them on....
A really good mix of armies...
6 Roman
5 Hellenistic or Greek
4 Cavalry
2 Achaemenids
4 Barbarians/Slaves
You pay the points and you takes your choice!
Hi - got a favour to ask. I know there is a new quick reference sheet but I haven't bothered to send off for one (just use the pdf). Would it be possible for someone with some MeG authority to bring some copies along for those of us who are a bit disorganised?
Would be most grateful
