Playing around with PACTO list building while waiting for my compendium. Can anyone give me feedback on this list? Not looking meta tournament, just for fun! Also, general list building "best practices" would be great.

It will not be easy to move your units with 10 commabd cards and 14 units
i recommend to bolster your generalsat least 1 car for each tug
