As far as I remember my 8 years of school Latin. The title Fantasticus et Gloriam would literally mean fantastic and to glory" since fantasticus is an adjective in nominative singular. The nomen for fantasy would phantasia in Latin (coming from Greek). Si the title could be (ad) "Phantasiam et Gloriam" or using both as nominative "Phantasia et Gloria" The easiest way might be Mortem et Gloriam the fantasy expansion?
I might have make mistakes since I have not used ny Latin for over 20 years.
Eheu.
It was difficult enough to get him to make the cases agree in the original title of the parent game and it has been ignored in the renaissance version. https://renatio-et-gloriam.co.uk/reg/
Anyway, given that this is a fantasy game, shouldn't the title be in Elvish?
