Is there a cap on army breakpoints? I did an army that had 19 tugs but the army builder only gave 9 as the break point.
Not those damn Picts?
Well that's strange, I just put 19 TUGs in a list and it gave me a break point of 10 (I also did a list with 34 TUGs and it gave me a break point of 17). Maybe download a new copy of the army builder?
The break point is calculated from how many different numbers you put into the lines of the spreadsheet. (Two lines with the same number indicates different troop types in the same UG). The formula isn't straight forward. There is no cap. The break point should be 50% of the TuGs rounded up. If there was a widespread problem I would have expected it to have been noticed before now.

I was doing an isles and highlands army which has a lot of units that are 1/3 this and 2/3 that. There were also some individual units where troops were all the same. I have double checked that all units were numbered correctly and it comes up with a break point of 9.
Being a spreadsheet I have found it very easy to mess up formulae without realising by cutting and pasting in the description field instead of copying and pasting. My regular opponent who is not as used to spreadsheets as I am I think has had multiple issues with this.
I suspect that if you check all the formulas in each line you will find that somewhere there is an inconsistency. Alternatively, re-enter your choices carefully on a new downloaded master and see if you get the same result.

On investigation, there is a bug. The problem occurs when every line of the TuG section is completed. If you leave the last one blank the formula works fine.
This came about because I was trying to ensure the odf version was compatible (the old version of the formula worked fine in Excel but didn't work for Open Office).
The simple solution is if you fill every line in the TuG section, check the break point and adjust it up by one if you need to. When I have time I will see if I can sort out a fix.
