Title: Early roman Latin list change

A rapid question : the early roman latin list indicates NO CHANGES but the number of sub generals has been changed  from 3 to 2 ( and 2 ally sub ) .

So should it still be 3 "normal" sub or is there a change ?

The list is the list.  Change descriptions are advisory.  So the change description is wrong.   The number of sub-generals is reduced to 2 for the Early Roman and Latin list.
