In the new 2021 Rule Materials page the link to the "Compendium Claries 02042021" actually goes to the 2020 Characteristics resource "https://lurkio.co.uk/meg/meg/wp-content/uploads/MEG2020/Rule_Materials/2020%20Characteristics%20201119.pdf"
