Which skoutatoi in which list with which capabilities? Only way to answer is to know exactly what as there are a variety of options  :)

Formed Close with those will indeed give you 87 points per base.

I really dislike the army builder so just going to make a list of points values for the units I use.

The 2021 lists which are due out any day now have the points included in them - should help you  :D
