Late Medieval , Italian Wars, German States- City Crossbowmen, should be starred as A Noble army cant use them and they have a minima?
Steppes and Eastern Europe, Rus, Dismounted Druzhina, Is the intent they cant be used as a separate unit/s and must be incorporated into regraded spearman units? If not, no TUG sizes are listed for them and the notes state 'can replace up to half the elements in a TUG of regraded spearmen' not 'can only' or 'must'. the lack of TUG sizes suggests it but
For the 2021 lists I have updated the German States list to apply a * to the minima for City Crossbowmen.
Dismounted Druzhina cannot be used as a separate TUG. I adjusted the note to make it clearer.
