Lance.
I believe that those who bought tickets for last year's cancelled event have had them rolled over to this year. If anyone who has a ticket cannot make it to this years event I'm sure they can arrange for a ticket purchase ;D
I can't tell you how nice it is to see some realistic talk about a MEG competition on the horizon. Fingers and toes are crossed.
I have contacted the tournament organisers for Warfare.
Although they are full they would hope to have more tickets available later. This was one reason to move to Ascot as they have more space.
Yes you can put yourself down as a reserve in the meantime. However do not expect acknowledgement unless you chase it! Not very satisfactory but thats how it is.
Lance.
The Warfare organisers have contacted me to say that there are 10 more spaces available, as of now, for our competition.
Should you miss out on this then please put yourself forward as a reserve.
This gives us 30 places for 2021.
Regards, Lance.
Never been but entry now in.
I have a spare ticket for MeG at Warfare
Anybody interested?
I assume this is 15mm (though I can hope it is 25mm) as not been able to spot a figure size on any of the various pages I have visited.

Potentially some interesting insights in to what players think about which chariots work.
Lots of skilled shooter no melee capability chariots (Mitanni, Egyptian, etc)
Lots of longspear chariots (5 early Mycenaean/Minoan!)
Not so much of the melee expert, shoot and charge types. When it is there, largely the rather unusual 5 Hegemons that, for some reason, gets both the polearm and melee expert (Combined with superior for three melee factors!)
Unusual to see so few of the 'classic' four horse heavy chariots in a biblical comp. Will be intriguing to see how the results play out
